Universal Terms of Service Agreement
This Universal Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the Cleentrade platform, including any investment tools, buying or selling services, account management features, deposit services, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Cleentrade.
In this Agreement, “You” and “Your” refer to the user of the Services, including any individual authorized to act on the user’s behalf. “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Cleentrade, Inc., including its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (“Cleentrade Group”).
This Agreement explains Our obligations to You and Your obligations to Us when using the Services. These terms are in addition to, and not a replacement for, any specific terms applicable to particular services or products offered on the platform.
By accessing or using the Cleentrade website, opening an account, purchasing an investment plan, or engaging in any transaction (including buying, selling, sending, or receiving digital assets), You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and all related policies incorporated by reference.
1. Modifications to the Agreement
You agree that Cleentrade may modify this Agreement or any part of the Services at its sole discretion from time to time. Any changes become effective immediately upon being posted on this website.
Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If You have purchased or are using any investment plan or service, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for as long as You continue to use the Services.
2. Service Eligibility
The Services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using the Services, You represent and warrant that:

3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain Services, You must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through Your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. You must keep your login credentials secure, including your email address, password, PIN (if applicable), and any payment-related information.
Cleentrade, its affiliates, partners, hosts, and advertisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from Your failure to maintain account security.
4. Identity Verification and Acceptable Use
You agree to provide valid government-issued identification or other documentation when required for identity verification, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.
You must not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities.
